Let's make intuitive, integrated, and thoughtfully-designed digital products be the driving force behind healthier living for patients and more proactive care for clinicians.

JAY SKARIA
Clinical AI Product Specialist & Occupational Therapist
About Me
I'm an Occupational Therapist, technologist, and clinical AI product specialist, passionate about reimagining how people engage with their health through technology.
I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of patients throughout my career across health systems in the US and Canada. Along the way, I’ve had a front-row seat to the barriers patients face in managing their health, the inefficiencies providers face delivering care, and the system-level impact of technologies failing to work for users.
That led me to pursue advanced training in health informatics & machine learning and translate technology to meaningful solutions for health and care delivery. I’ve developed AI models at the University of Toronto for predicting adverse health outcomes, founded a telehealth rehab service improving access to care during the COVID-19 pandemic, and supported an enterprise-level digital transformation at one of Canada’s leading healthcare systems, UHN. Bridging the gap between clinical and technical, I specialize in helping teams build better products for clinicians and patients.

My North Star: empower people to lead healthier lives by advancing lifestyle wellness, proactive health management, and a more efficient, personalized care experience.
